I was traveling a long distance to buy the bike so I was hopeful that my expectations about the condition of the bike were met. Everything Tom had told me about the bike was true. I've been riding for a long time but Tom told me a few things that I didn't know. Everything about the bike was just like he said it was and he had everything there and ready to go for me. The paperwork was already when I got there. The bike was spotless thanks to the detail team. Kyle was a big help as well. Professional and courteous. Tom even helped me out with a question I had well after the dealership closed that day.
